How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage. Enter your email, full name, and phone number. Verify your email to get started. Bonyeza "Jisajili" kwenye ukurasa wa nyumbani.

What is the difference between tenant and landlord accounts?

Tenant accounts can browse, save favorites, and contact landlords. Landlord accounts can also list properties, manage tenants, and access analytics. You can switch roles in your settings.

How do I list a property?

Go to Dashboard → Listings → Create New. Fill in property details, upload photos (minimum 4 recommended), set a price, and publish. Your listing will be live immediately.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, and card payments via PesaPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner.

How do subscription tiers work?

Free tier: 3 listings. Basic (TZS 50K/mo): 10 listings + priority support. Premium (TZS 150K/mo): 50 listings + analytics. Enterprise (TZS 300K/mo): unlimited + API access.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing. Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends. No refunds for partial months.

Why should I verify my account?

Verified accounts get a trust badge, higher listing visibility, and access to premium features. Tenants are more likely to contact verified landlords.

What documents do I need for verification?

Upload a clear photo of your national ID (NIDA), passport, or driver's license. Broker accounts also need a valid broker license or business registration.

How long does verification take?

Standard verification takes 24-48 hours. Premium and Enterprise accounts get priority review — typically within 4 hours during business days.

What makes a good listing?

How do listing boosts work?

Boosts push your listing to the top of search results. Standard (72h, TZS 15K), Premium (7 days, TZS 35K), Super (30 days, TZS 100K). Purchase from your listing management page.

How do I contact a landlord?

Click "Message" on any listing to start a conversation. You can also call directly via the WhatsApp button if the landlord has provided their number.

Are messages private?

Yes, all messages are private between you and the other party. We use encryption in transit. Never share financial details or personal documents in chat.

For Brokers

How do I register as a broker?

Select "Broker" as your landlord type during signup or in your settings. Submit your broker license for verification. Once approved, you get a gold broker badge.

What extra features do brokers get?
